The B1N0MTX is the result of the application of AM's know-how acquired over the last 8 years in R&D projects applied to a BNVS. The system was developed by leveraging the benefits of additive manufacturing and aiming to solve the problems of the domestic market. This system is compatible with an 18 mm tube and PVS14 lens to allow for the reuse of spare parts in all systems currently present in the Spanish Army. It includes electronic power control, hot-swappable external battery use, full control with a single button, IR illuminator, and common environmental specifications such as IP68.

The system is entirely manufactured on EOS laser-fused thermoplastic machines and laser metal fusion machines, with some parts machined on a lathe and DMG Mori 5-axis milling machine. In this regard, we could modify the final design or customize it without the need to invest in tools or modify any step of the manufacturing process. This project is funded by the CDTI of the Government of Spain.
